The interview question phase is one of your final chances to make the right impression on the hiring authorities. By that time, you should have completed a series of steps to learn about the organization and prepare for the question phase.
Here are some brief descriptions of the steps.
1. Do some research. It won't take that long to determine what the interviewers are interested in. Also, it shows you are serious about getting this job.

2. Include relevant information in the job documents you provide to the organization. Review their job descriptions and job announcements. Again, research pays off.

3. Dress appropriately. Strive to dress a cut above your interviewers; don't go too casual, regardless of the type of job.

4. Review good interview questions, particularly behavior-based questions and general interview questions and answers. Also, understand what constitutes an illegal question. You'll find a resource for these at http://www.interview-answers.com

There are professional systems available to help you from start to finish, sometimes a small investment in these systems is more than worth the cost.

5. Prepare a thank you note after the interview.

6. Always be respectful, confident (fake it til you make it), and smile.
